                                目的:探讨付氧酶(PON)基因多态性与单纯2型糖尿病及2型糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系方法:应用PCRRELP法检测97名正常人(对照组)、154例单纯2型糖尿病、145例2型DN患者PON1PON2、PON3多态性。结果:PON2(G148A)各基因型频率3组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)PON2(C311S)各基因型频率3组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。PON1(Q192R)、PON1(L55M)、PON(A99A)各基因型频率3组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:PON2(G148A)和PON2(C311S)基因多态性都可能作为DN的预测指标,PON1(Q192R)、PON1(L55M)、PON3(A99A)可能与DN发生无相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between PON gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: 97 normal subjects (control group), 154 simple type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) PON1PON2 and PON3 polymorphisms in 145 cases of type 2 DN patients. Results: There were significant differences among the three genotype frequencies of PON2 (G148A) (P <0.001). There were significant differences among the three genotype frequencies of PON2 (C311S) (P <0.001). PON1 (Q192R), PON1 (L55M), PON (A99A) genotype frequency of the three groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Polymorphisms of PON2 (G148A) and PON2 (C311S) may be used as predictors of DN. PON1 (Q192R), PON1 (L55M) and PON3 (A99A) may not be associated with DN.
