有人说,海洋是人类未来的粮仓;也有人说,海洋是人类21世纪的希望;而我要说的是:海洋是未来人类的另一个居住空间。从前,人类与海洋的关系并不和谐。
Some people say that the ocean is the granary of the future of mankind. Others say that the ocean is the hope of mankind in the 21st century. What I want to say is that the ocean is another living space for future mankind. In the past, the relationship between mankind and the oceans was not harmonious.
