专业文化是专业建设的灵魂,是高职院校的软实力和核心竞争力的集中体现,同时对社会职业文化有着引领作用。通过校企合作的形式建设专业文化是高等职业教育发展的必然要求。本文就高职院校专业文化建设的现状及存在问题进行研究分析,同时就在校企合作角度下,探讨专业文化建设的方法与措施。 Professional culture is the soul of professional construction, which is the concentrated embodiment of the soft power and core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. At the same time, it plays a leading role in social vocational culture. It is an inevitable requirement for the development of higher vocational education to build a professional culture through the cooperation between school and enterprise. In this paper, the status quo and existing problems of professional culture construction in higher vocational colleges are studied and analyzed. At the same time, the methods and measures of professional culture construction are discussed under the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation.
