回顾这三年我的数学教学工作,有得有失。处于青春期的初中阶段学生有着强烈的求知探索欲的特点,他们对于新的知识内容、新鲜的事物都能够很快的接受,但由于他们的抽象思维能力还不够强,因此,在数学等学习中也就相应地表现出思维能力差、缺乏灵活的记忆方式和听课技巧,加之对于相对单调枯燥的数学,使得他们产生畏难情绪,从而导致学习兴趣不高,学习效率低等问题。但数学作为一门重要的学科,笔者根据近三年的教学经验总结,认识到培养和提高学生的学习兴趣、逻辑性、创造性以及发散性思维,对于学生更好地学习好教学,将数学能力运用到生活是非常重要的,也体现这素质教育的本质和核心。

They can quickly accept new knowledge contents and fresh things.
