HB30型混凝土泵自1982年开始批量生产以来,已出厂70余台,分布于十三个省、区的各个大、中型水利水电及火电建设工地。利用率较高的单位,单台泵泵送的混凝土量已达2万米~3以上。对使用情况的调查表明,HB30型泵性能良好,工作可靠,因此深受欢迎。但也发现了一些缺点,主要问题是搅拌力矩不足,所以在设计上作了较大的改进。HB30型混凝土泵的液压系统分为三部分:主油路系统、分配阀油路系统及搅拌油路系统。 Since the mass production of HB30 type concrete pump began in 1982, it has been shipped out of more than 70 sets and distributed in the large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower and thermal power construction sites in 13 provinces and districts. For units with higher utilization rate, the amount of concrete pumped by a single pump has reached more than 20,000 meters~3. The investigation of the use situation shows that the HB30 pump is well-liked and reliable, and therefore it is very popular. However, some disadvantages have also been found. The main problem is insufficient stirring torque, so a great improvement has been made in the design. The hydraulic system of the HB30 concrete pump is divided into three parts: the main oil system, the distribution valve oil system and the mixing oil system.
