为了增强服装设计课程的活力,提高学生上岗就业的能力,我国很多中职院校的服装设计课程都引进了“现代学徒制”的人才培养模式,虽然也取得了一定的成效,但还是存在很大的问题。从现代学徒制的内涵入手,借鉴其他各国的有效经验,对现代学徒制在服装设计专业教学中的运用进行了探索和实践,根据我国服装设计的特点提出了符合我国实际状况的现代学徒制构建方法。
In order to enhance the vitality of fashion design courses and enhance students’ ability to work on the job, many garment design courses in secondary vocational schools have introduced the “modern apprenticeship” talent training mode, and although some achievements have been made, There is a big problem. Starting with the connotation of modern apprenticeship system and using the experience of other countries for reference, this paper explores and practices the application of modern apprenticeship in fashion design specialty teaching. According to the characteristics of apparel design in our country, this paper proposes a modern apprenticeship system that is in line with China’s actual conditions method.
