报道了半导体激光器双端面抽运单频调Q Nd…YAG激光器。采用磷酸钛氧铷(RTP)电光晶体作为腔内相位调制器主动调谐腔长,实现单频种子注入,获得稳定的单纵模输出。采用另外一对RTP电光晶体作为调Q开关,在900Hz重复频率下,利用单振荡级获得单脉冲能量为7.5mJ,脉宽为14.6ns,线宽为45 MHz的1064nm激光脉冲序列输出。激光束在水平方向和垂直方向的光束质量M2值分别为1.30和1.36。输出激光2min的频率稳定性为1.1MHz,线宽稳定性为0.52MHz。在传导冷却结构中,实现了高频率稳定性和线宽稳定性的窄线宽单频脉冲激光的输出。
A double-ended pumped single-tone Q Nd ... YAG laser has been reported. The RTP electro-optic crystal is used as the cavity phase modulator to actively tune the cavity length to achieve single frequency seed injection and achieve stable single longitudinal mode output. Using another pair of RTP electro-optic crystal as a Q-switch, a 1064nm laser pulse sequence with a single pulse energy of 7.5mJ, a pulse width of 14.6ns and a line width of 45MHz is obtained by using a single oscillation level at 900Hz repetition rate. The beam qualities M2 of the laser beam in the horizontal and vertical directions are 1.30 and 1.36, respectively. Output laser 2min frequency stability of 1.1MHz, line width stability of 0.52MHz. In a conductive cooling structure, the output of a narrow linewidth single-frequency pulsed laser with high frequency stability and linewidth stability is achieved.
