目的:探讨24 h平均脉压(PP)对高血压病患者左心室肥厚(LVH)的影响。方法:入选原发性高血压病患者136例,进行24 h动态血压监测和超声心动图检查。根据24 h平均脉压水平各分为3组进行比较。结果:24 h平均脉压与年龄、左心室重量指数、动脉僵硬度指数有显著的相关性。结论:脉压升高是老年高血压病患者左心室肥厚的重要危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the effect of 24 h mean pulse pressure (PP) on left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in hypertensive patients. Methods: A total of 136 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in this study. Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and echocardiography were performed at 24 hours. According to 24 h average pulse pressure levels were divided into three groups for comparison. Results: The average pulse pressure at 24 h was significantly correlated with age, left ventricular mass index and arterial stiffness index. Conclusion: Increased pulse pressure is an important risk factor of left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly patients with essential hypertension.
