采用文献资料研究方法,对排球扣球技术几个主要技术环节进行研究分析。良好的扣球技术与战术意识是运动员充分发挥高度潜力的前提。把球技术各个环节正确与否,必然影响扣球击球点与过网点的高度。
Using literature research methods, this paper analyzes and analyzes several main technical aspects of volleyball smashing technique. Good smashing skills and tactical awareness are the prerequisites for athletes to realize their full potential. The ball technology is correct or not in all aspects, will inevitably affect the smash hit the ball point and the height of the net points.
