目的探讨主动式导医服务与医院发展的相关性。方法通过我院在2003年~2012年间施行的被动式导医和主动式导医服务的医疗服务满意度调查问卷和患者增长量的对比,分析总结两种导医模式对于医院发展的相关性。结果主动式导医服务在医院发展中发挥了重要作用,可以推动医院快速发展。结论主动式导医服务可以在各级医院中进行广泛推行。
Objective To explore the correlation between active guide service and hospital development. Methods By comparing the questionnaire of patient satisfaction with passive medical and active doctor service conducted in our hospital from 2003 to 2012, the correlation between the two types of medical doctoring mode and hospital development was analyzed and summarized. Results Active guide service played an important role in the development of the hospital and can promote the rapid development of the hospital. Conclusion Active doctoring services can be widely implemented at all levels of hospitals.
