The phase-locked loop response may describe completing a set of mathematical operations on the received signal to estimate the phase of the transmitted signal. The general concept of phase-locked loops involves a device with analog components. The solution discussed in this article is to sample the received signal to get the binary number, and then use the numbers to calculate the estimated phase. This program eliminates the use of general-purpose loop voltage-controlled oscillator and analog filter.
