报道用生物发光技术(BL法)取代现行卡介苗菌落形成单位计数法(CFU)的实验研究。建立了标准化BL检测方法:并成功地设计了抽提效果良好的超声-氯仿卡介苗ATP提取法。ATP标准品含量与ATPBL值具有明显剂量依赖关系;卡菌苗菌液和冻干卡介苗菌液的BL值与各相应菌液的CFU数密切相关,相关系数分别为0.8155和0.8484(p<0.05);卡介苗ATPBL值批间变异系数(3.2~4.4%)明显低于CFU数的批间变异系数(10.4~11.2%)。
Reported the use of bioluminescence technology (BL method) to replace the current BCG colony forming unit counting method (CFU) experimental study.
