《反腐败政策》①一书,由俄罗斯著名学者T.A.萨塔罗夫主编,我院学者郭家申译。全书共七章,三十二万余字。作者围绕腐败这一特殊的社会现象,从政治学、社会学、经济学、法学、管理学的多维角度进行实证剖析和理论总结,用量化的方法提出了腐败的国际指数,从政治经济学制度设计的角度并运用微观经济学模型剖析了腐败的成因和治理依据。
“Anti-corruption Policy” ① book, edited by the famous Russian scholar T.A. Sattarov, my courtyard scholar Guo Jia Shen translated. The book consists of seven chapters, more than 320,000 words. Based on the special social phenomenon of corruption, the author conducts the empirical analysis and theoretical summary from the multi-dimensional perspectives of politics, sociology, economics, law and management, and puts forward the international index of corruption through quantitative methods. From the perspective of political economy From the perspective of design and using the microeconomic model, we analyze the causes of corruption and the basis for its governance.
