为贯彻落实国家发展改革委价格认证中心印发的《价格评估专业人员资格认证暂行办法》(发改价证审〔2012〕55号),按照《观赏石价格评估专业人员资格认证暂行办法》(中石协发〔2013〕17号,以下简称《暂行办法》)文件精神,经中国观赏石协会与国家发展改革委价格认证中心商议,决定2014年在全国共同开展观赏石价格评估专业人员资格认证培训试点工作,明确了相关事项安排。
