介绍欧盟新标准CEN/TS14751:2004《焊缝超声TOFD法检测》的有关新要求。该欧标规定了A、B、C、D四种检测等级,不同壁厚(6mm～300mm)对接焊缝的TOFD设置,时间窗和灵敏度的调节方法,切槽试块和横孔试块的形状尺寸,焊缝分区扫查、中心扫查和偏心扫查的要领;列出了18张TOFD自身质量和典型缺陷的识别图谱。特别推出了克服TOFD固有局限性的一些新方法。期望对国内正在积极推广应用的TOFD技术提供新借鉴。
Describes the new requirements of the European Union CEN / TS14751: 2004 “Ultrasonic TOFD testing of welded joints”. The European standard specifies the TOFD settings, time window and sensitivity adjustment methods for butt welds of different wall thicknesses (6mm ~ 300mm) at four test levels of A, B, C and D, Shape and size, weld zone scanning, center scanning and eccentric scanning essentials; lists 18 TOFD own quality and typical defects identification map. In particular, there are some new ways to overcome the inherent limitations of TOFD. It is expected to provide new reference for TOFD technology that is being actively promoted and applied in China.
