目的 探讨脑瘫患儿的营养状况与脑瘫型别、瘫痪类型、脑瘫程度之间的关系 ,分析造成营养不良的原因。方法 采用测量患儿体重、皮肤皱折的方法 ,为 62 5例脑瘫患儿做营养状况分析。结果 脑瘫患儿营养不良率为 7 5 2 % ,手足徐动型脑瘫患儿的营养不良率较高 ,重度脑瘫患儿的营养不良率较高。结论 脑瘫患儿的营养不良与耗能过多、吞咽困难、食欲低下有关
Objective To explore the relationship between the nutritional status of children with cerebral palsy and cerebral palsy type, paralysis type and cerebral palsy degree and to analyze the causes of malnutrition. Methods The method of measuring children ’s weight and skin wrinkles was used to analyze the nutritional status of 625 children with cerebral palsy. Results The rate of malnutrition in children with cerebral palsy was 75.2%. The rate of malnutrition in children with cerebral athetosis was higher, and the rate of malnutrition in children with severe cerebral palsy was higher. Conclusion Malnutrition in children with cerebral palsy is associated with excessive energy expenditure, dysphagia, and poor appetite
