为进一步加强对餐饮业的卫生监督管理,促进企业自律,提高餐饮业食品安全管理水平,2007年以来,镇江市借鉴有关行业的先进做法和经验,积极探索,创新食品安全监管手段,在有条件的大中型餐饮单位、大中专学校食堂的食品加工间、备餐间等重点场所推行电子监控管理。现在,这些“电子警察”正发挥着独特的食品安全监管作用。
In order to further strengthen the hygiene supervision and management of the catering industry, promote the self-discipline of enterprises and improve the food safety management level in the catering industry, since 2007, Zhenjiang City, drawing on the advanced practices and experiences of relevant industries, actively explored and innovated the food safety regulatory measures.
