Objective To investigate the value of optimized recombinant technique in coronary angiography in patients with heartbeat and heart rate fluctuation. Materials and Methods Retrospective analysis of 149 patients with fast heart rate and heart rate fluctuations, according to the degree of heart rate and heart rate fluctuation range: 60 cases in group A, heart rate 70 to 80 beats / min, heart rate fluctuations 5 to 10 times; 34 cases, heart rate 70 ~ 80 beats / min, heart rate fluctuation> 10 times; C group 37 cases, heart rate> 80 beats / min, heart rate fluctuations 5 to 10 times; D group 18 cases, heart rate> 80 beats / min, > 10 times. Sixty patients with heart rate fluctuation <5 beats) with heart rate <70 beats / min, and the coronary arteries quality of each group before and after reorganization were compared and optimized. The image quality of coronary arteries was compared between the test group and the control group. Results After optimization of the recombinant technique, there was a significant improvement in the image quality of the coronary arteries in groups B and C (P <0.05) before and after the coronary arteries were reconstructed (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in image quality between group A and control (P> 0.05). Image quality in group B, C and D was significantly different from that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Most of the patients with heartbeat and heart rate fluctuation can meet the need of diagnosis after optimization and reorganization. However, the heart rate is too fast and the heart rate fluctuation is too high (heart rate> 80 beats / min, heart rate> 10) Coronary CTA examination is not recommended.
