目的了解北京某高校大学生时间观念与健康行为、焦虑、抑郁、一般自我效能感的关系,为探索基于时间心理学的健康干预新模式提供参考。方法采用自行设计的饮食和运动调查问卷、津巴多时间观念量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、一般自我效能感量表,对北京市某高校《健康生活方式和健康传播》通选课的155名本科生进行问卷调查。结果大学生健康保护行为与未来时间观念呈正相关(P值均<0.05),吃早餐、吃水果;健康危险行为与宿命主义现在时间观呈正相关(P值均<0.05),吸烟、饮酒;为了健康而改变饮食、运动习惯的意愿与未来时间观念呈正相关(P值均<0.05);焦虑、抑郁得分与宿命主义现在时间观呈正相关(P值均<0.05);一般自我效能感与未来时间观呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论大学生时间观念对健康行为和心理状态有一定的预测作用。可尝试在大学生健康教育中引入基于时间心理学的健康干预新模式。
Objective To understand the relationship between the concept of time and health behaviors, anxiety, depression and general self-efficacy among college students in Beijing and to provide a reference for exploring a new mode of health intervention based on time psychology. Methods Self-designed diet and exercise questionnaire, Zimbardo time concept scale, self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale and general self-efficacy scale were used to evaluate the health lifestyle and health communication in a university in Beijing. 155 undergraduates conducted a questionnaire survey. Results The health protection behaviors of college students were positively correlated with the concept of time in the future (P <0.05), eating breakfast and eating fruits. The health risk behaviors were positively correlated with the present time outlook (P <0.05), smoking and drinking, However, the willingness to change diet and exercise habits was positively correlated with the concept of future time (P <0.05). Anxiety and depression scores were positively correlated with the current time outlook (P <0.05). General self-efficacy and future time outlook (P <0.05). Conclusion The concept of time among college students has some predictive effects on the health behavior and psychological status. Trying to introduce a new model of health intervention based on time psychology to college students’ health education.
