甘肃稀土公司是我省仅有的两家国家一级企业之一。他们不但为国家创造了高质量的物质产品,而且锤练了争创一流业绩的精神。本文着重从三个方面阐述了他们是如何培养和锤练这种精神的,闪射着唯物辩证法的思想光辉,读来亲切实在。对于企业在争创物质文明的同时如何争创精神文明,如何处理精神和物质的关系,如何处理企业领导中“核心”和“中心”的关系,都提供了有益的借鉴。相信许多企业都会从中得到启迪。
Gansu Rare Earth Company is one of the only two state-level enterprises in our province. They not only created high-quality material products for the country, but also hammered the spirit of striving for top-notch performance. This article focuses on three aspects of how they cultivated and hammered this spirit, flashed the ideological glory of materialist dialectics, and read it to be practical. For enterprises in the struggle for a spiritual civilization while creating a material civilization, how to deal with the relationship between spirit and material, and how to deal with the “core” and “center” of the relationship between the business leaders, have provided a useful reference. I believe many companies will get inspiration from it.
