本文解析武陵山片区发展观光农业的多重效应,并排列发展观光农业的SWOT分析矩阵,得出结论:大力发展观光农业,充分契合武陵山片区区域发展和扶贫攻坚的目标,具有广阔的发展空间。并且,在制定加快武陵山片区观光农业发展的战略和对策时,既离不开政府方面强制性的政策供给,也应该设计政府和行业层面诱致性的制度供给。
This article analyzes the multiple effects of developing sightseeing agriculture in Wuling Mountain area and arranges the SWOT analysis matrix of sightseeing agriculture. It concludes that developing the sightseeing agriculture fully meets the goal of regional development and poverty alleviation in Wuling Mountain Area and has a vast space for development. Moreover, in formulating strategies and measures to speed up the development of sightseeing agriculture in Wuling Mountain Area, it can not be separated from the government’s mandatory policy supply, and it should also design the institutional supply induced by the government and industry.
