万古霉素是治疗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)的首选药物,然而金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素耐药情况却与日俱增,引起医学界的普遍关注。本文就金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素耐药现状及耐药机制进行综述。
Vancomycin is the drug of choice for the treatment of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), however, the resistance of S. aureus to vancomycin is increasing day by day, attracting widespread medical attention. This article reviews the current status and drug resistance mechanism of Staphylococcus aureus to vancomycin.
