沈阳房天股份有限公司的前身是沈阳市房产经理公司。从1976年成立到1984年,我们一直延续事业单位、事业管理的体制,依靠国家财政补贴过日子,每年平均吃国家补贴170万元,国家的包袱越背越重,企业的日子越过越穷。从1984年7月以来,我们坚持以改革为动力,以强化企业内部管理为手段,以上效益为目的,以建设现代企业为目标的发展战略,不断探索,不断实践,摆脱了旧体制的困扰,搞活了经济,效益年年创历史最好水平,在全国同行业争得了“四个第一”,即1988年7月第一家主动由事业单位变为企业;1989年8月成为全国房地产行业第一家国家二级企业;1992年6月又成为全国同行业第一家由国有大型企业转为股份制改造企
Shenyang Fangtian Co., Ltd. was the predecessor of Shenyang Real Estate Manager. From its founding in 1976 to 1984, we have continued the system of public institutions and business management, relying on state financial subsidies to live, and eating an average of 1.7 million yuan per year on state subsidies.
