1 病例报告患者 ,女 ,36岁 ,孕2 产2 ,主因全身水肿伴小便次数增多 1年就诊。患者于 7年前因功能性子宫出血口服复方 8-甲基炔诺酮 2 2日后月经规则 ,6年前第二胎产后因“盆腔炎”不易上环 ,未经医嘱自行口服短效避孕药复方 8-甲基炔诺酮至今。期间时常心悸、乏力 ,日渐适应。
