为建立扩展低频测听的基准阈声压级,探讨影响结果的有关变量,在消声室中测试了30名耳科正常青年人的纯音声场听阈和7名受试者振动阈值,频率包括40HZ~4kHZ.结果(1)各受试者听阈沿其算术均数呈正态分布,扩展低频区阈值明显高于常规频区;(2)振动感仅出现于40~500HZ,各频率振动阈平均高于相应听阈34dB以上.文中结果同ISO 226-1987及国外有关资料进行了比较.分析表明,测听室环境噪声、所用信号的谐波失真及频率稳定性乃影响扩展低频测试结果的主要变量.
In order to establish a reference threshold sound pressure level for extended low frequency audiometry and to explore the relevant variables influencing the outcome, pure tone sound field thresholds and seven subjects’ thresholds for vibration in 30 normal young adults were tested in anechoic chambers at frequencies including 40HZ ~ 4kHZ.Results (1) Each subject’s hearing threshold along the arithmetic mean was normal distribution, extended low-frequency threshold was significantly higher than the conventional frequency range; (2) Vibration only occurs in 40 ~ 500HZ, the frequency vibration threshold Averaged over the corresponding hearing threshold by more than 34 dB.The results in this paper are compared with those of ISO 226-1987 and other foreign data.The analysis shows that the ambient noise in the auditorium, the harmonic distortion of the signal used and the frequency stability are the main factors affecting the extended low frequency test results variable.
