本届北京车展首次启用了国展顺义新展馆,展会总展览面积超过18万平方米,创下国内汽车展会展出面积最大的新纪录。据统计,来自18个国家和地区的厂商参加了展会,其中包括225家海外厂商和1800余家国内厂商,共计2100余家。由于展览面积扩充,本届展会上的展车数量也达到历届最高,共展出890辆展车,其中概念车55辆,国际品牌全球首发车7辆,亚洲首发车24辆。参与本届车展报道的新闻媒体也达到创纪录的5616家。全球饕餮盛宴再望2008。
The first Beijing International Auto Show opened the new exhibition Shunyi Hall, the exhibition total exhibition area of more than 180,000 square meters, setting a domestic auto show the largest new record. According to statistics, vendors from 18 countries and regions participated in the exhibition, including 225 overseas manufacturers and over 1,800 domestic manufacturers, with a total of more than 2,100. Due to the expansion of the exhibition area, the number of exhibition cars on the exhibition reached the highest level in all previous sessions. A total of 890 exhibition cars were exhibited, including 55 concept cars, 7 world-class starting brands for international brands and 24 first-episode cars in Asia.
