历经30余年的改革发展,国企改革又重新站在新的起点上。十八届三中全会提出深化国企改革后,从大型央企到地方国企,从上海到深圳,国有企业正经历着实现混合所有制、完善治理结构、健全企业制度、促进产融结合、市场化用人机制和激励机制改革等系列深刻的变革。这一轮国企改革的亮点是鼓励混合所有制,即政府让渡更多经营权,通过国家控股、公司化运作、集团化管理模式,以换取经营效率的提高。
