目的观察对体检者实施优质服务活动的效果,以提高体检护理工作的服务质量和满意度。方法采用问卷调查法,对100名体检人员实施优质服务活动,先制定优质服务活动条例发放到每位护理人员,然后对100名受检人员进行相应的问卷调查,并与活动前对照比较。结果优质服务活动实施后,体检人员的护理服务质量和满意度明显高于活动前(P<0.05)。结论优质服务活动不仅提高了护理服务质量和满意度,而且强化了护士的自身素质。
Objective To observe the effect of implementing quality service activities on medical examiners in order to improve the service quality and satisfaction of medical examination and nursing work. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out to evaluate the quality of service activities of 100 medical staff. The regulations of quality service activities were first issued to each nursing staff. Then 100 questionnaires were surveyed and compared with those before exercise. Results After the implementation of quality service activities, the quality of nursing service and satisfaction of the medical staff were significantly higher than those before the activity (P <0.05). Conclusion Quality service activities not only improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing services, but also strengthen the quality of nurses themselves.
