中国投资基金国际公布,就拟设立前海中润新兴产业并购私募投资基金与德润资本订立谅解备忘录,总规模为10亿元人民币。预期公司认购不多于并购基金规模30%的出资额。并购基金投资方向重点围绕信息安全芯片、量子通信、信息智能传输、锂电池、石墨烯等新兴产业。这正好令公司拓宽其投资范畴至这些新兴产业。
China International Investment Fund International announced that it intends to set up MOU in Merger & Acquisitions Private Equity Fund and Derun Capital with a total scale of RMB1 billion. The company is expected to subscribe for not more than 30% of the size of the M & A fund. Mergers and acquisitions fund investment focus on information security chips, quantum communication, intelligent transmission of information, lithium batteries, graphene and other emerging industries. This is exactly where the company broadens its investment portfolio to these emerging industries.
