There are quite a lot of researchers who are interested in stimulating students’ English learning. Most of them are trying to find inspiration in teaching methods and teaching materials, however, they do not actually solve the problem fundamentally. This article another way, from the current perspective of science and education to study, how to make “science and education to promote English” to stimulate students interest in learning English. That is to use the existing scientific and technological means to improve the level of teaching to achieve the interest of teaching English teaching.
