顾绍梅的“建立‘无直接利益冲突’矛盾预警机制”一文指出,“无直接利益冲突”矛盾是一种世界性的社会现象,有数量增多、涉及面扩大、主体成分多元化、引发事件燃点低、政治化倾向的特点和动向,不积极妥善处理,危害性极大。由于这类矛盾更多反映在公众心理和情绪上,事前有一些前兆和迹象,所以预防尤为重要。如何预防,我国在预警机制建设上还存在一些问题,但是国外却积累了不少丰富经验。这些经验对及时预防和疏通我国的这类矛盾具有重要的借鉴意义。
