郝家桥回民小学现有教学班12个,在校学生数440人。学校有教职工31人,其中中学高级教师2人,小学高级教师23人,小学一级教师6人;自治区级骨干教师培养对象1人,地市级骨干教师1人,县市级骨干教师7人。学校配有图书室、仪器室、少队室、资料室等,能够满足全校师生教学和学习的需求。学校本着“外树形象,内强素质”的宗旨,以转变学校管理方式为重点,以课堂教学为突破口,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为目标,全面推进素质教育。并先后荣获“全国教育系统先进集
