建立了高效液相色谱法测定根皮素乳膏中的根皮素。采用C_(18)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%乙酸(45:55)为流动相,检测波长286nm。根皮素在0.02～0.20 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率约99%,RSD为1.23%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of phloretin in phloretin. The mobile phase was C 18 column with methanol-0.1% acetic acid (45:55) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 286 nm. Phloretin showed good linearity in the range of 0.02-0.20 mg / ml. The recovery rate was about 99% with a RSD of 1.23%.
