用紫珠 5,10 ,2 0 g生药·kg- 1体重给小鼠连续灌胃 1周 ,分别测定小鼠的凝血时间和出血时间 ,并进行血小板计数。结果紫珠各剂量组和对照组比较 ,凝血时间和出血时间明显缩短 (P <0 0 5,P <0 0 1,P <0 0 0 1) ,血小板计数明显增高 (P <0 0 5,P <0 0 1)。结果表明 :紫珠有明显的止血作用和升高血小板作用 ,提示紫珠升高血小板作用是其止血机理之一 ,也是其治疗血小板减少性出血的药理基础。
The mice were treated with purple beads 5,10,20 g crude drug kg-1 body weight for 1 week and the clotting time and bleeding time of the mice were measured, and platelet counts were performed. Results Compared with the control group, the clotting time and bleeding time were significantly shortened in each dose group compared with the control group (P <0 05, P <0 01, P <0 0 01), and the platelet count was significantly higher (P <0 0 5, P < 0 0 1). The results showed that purple bead had obvious hemostasis and increased platelet effect, suggesting that the increase of platelet function of purple bead is one of its hemostasis mechanisms and its pharmacological basis for the treatment of thrombocytopenia bleeding.
