热轧带钢性能预报技术是一种利用高新技术、信息集成技术准确预测产品力学性能的、对钢铁工业有深远影响的前沿技术,但目前在线工业应用仍存在一些限制环节,在线应用的实例鲜有报道。攀钢研究开发了一种基于热连轧C-Mn钢力学性能预报系统,通过建立和开发典型钢种力学性能预报数理统计模型和应用技术平台,并通过近10类典型钢种和1000余炉次现场过程数据的验证和模型调优,实现了热轧典型产品力学性能预报系统的在线应用,模型预报偏差小于8%。同时,依托信息技术实现产品取样的精管理的精细化,减少产品中间品实物取样量,取样替代率达到80.49%,生产物流周期缩短24 h以上,降低了企业的过程生产成本。
