1997年10月810日，公路运输专业委员会在古都西安召开一届三次全委会暨学术研讨会。出席会议的有常委、委员和论文作者、《公路运输会计史》编撰人员，共48人。陕西省交通厅秦嵩生副厅长、中国交通会计学会副会长陈守白、秘书长俞月芳和《交通财会》主编李兰阁到会指导并讲话。
On October 810, 1997, the Road Transport Specialized Committee held three sessions of a conference and symposium in the ancient capital of Xi’an. A total of 48 people attended the meeting, including members of the Standing Committee, members and dissertations, and compilers of the History of Road Transport Accounting. Qin Songsheng, deputy director of Shaanxi Provincial Communications Department, Chen Shoubai, vice president of China Communications Accounting Society, Yu Yuefang, secretary general and Li Lange, chief editor of Traffic Accounting Association attended the meeting to give guidance and make speeches.
