先天性眼球震颤过去几无治疗方法。自五十年代Anderson 和Kestenbaum 报导用手术治疗后,国内已有报导。我院眼科自1975年～1989年3月进行此类手术120例,大都取得了较满意效果,现分析如下。一般情况本文120例中男性71人,女性49人;年龄最小6岁,最大39岁;12岁以下大都采用全麻下手术。震颤类型:按震颤方向:①水平型106人,占88.3%;②垂直型7人、占5.8%;③旋转型5人,占4.1%,④混合型:2人,占1.6%。
Congenital nystagmus in the past few no treatment. Since the 1950s, Anderson and Kestenbaum reported surgical treatment, has been reported in the country. Ophthalmology in our hospital from 1975 to March 1989 for such operations in 120 cases, mostly achieved more satisfactory results, are analyzed as follows. The general situation of 120 cases of male 71, female 49; the youngest 6 years old, maximum 39 years of age; mostly under the age of 12 under general anesthesia surgery. Tremor Type: tremor direction: ① horizontal 106, accounting for 88.3%; ② 7 vertical type, accounting for 5.8%; ③ 5 rotating type, accounting for 4.1%; ④ mixed type: 2, accounting for 1.6%.
