长江中游荆江洞庭湖区的防洪工程体系包括三峡水库以及分散的多个分蓄洪区,它们在不同类型来流情况下可能显示出不同的运用特点和效果。以1%设计标准的洪水为讨论前提,采用洪水调度数学模型分析了各种来流情况下的工程效果。其结果显示:三峡水库的调节作用主要是避免了荆江分蓄洪区的启用,将荆江段的超额洪量转移到水库进行调蓄;尽管不同类型洪水条件下各分蓄洪区运用情况不尽一致,但有、无三峡水库条件下,城陵矶附近总分洪量变化不大,分洪后的洪峰水位也变化不大。
The flood control engineering system in the Dongjiang Lake area in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River includes the Three Gorges Reservoir and a number of flood diversion flood diversions that may show different operational characteristics and effects under different types of incoming flows.
