现在,互联网、新材料和新能源三者融合预示着第三次工业革命即将来临。中国如选择第三次工业革命道路,极有可能成为亚洲的龙头,引领亚洲进入下一个伟大的经济时代,推动整个亚洲实现向后碳社会的转型。2009年4月,奥巴马在华盛顿特区乔治敦大学发表演讲时提出,在国民经济各行业中,只有制造业抗危机冲击能力最强,对保持国民经济稳定、保证就业具有举足轻重的作用。因此,重振美国制造业,应作为美国经济长远发展的重大战略。
Now, the integration of the Internet, new materials and new energy heralds the impending third industrial revolution. If China chooses the path of the third industrial revolution, China will most likely become the leader of Asia and lead Asia into the next great economic epoch and promote the transition of the backward-carbon society in Asia as a whole. In April 2009, during a speech at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, Obama pointed out that in the various sectors of the national economy, only the manufacturing sector has the strongest impact against crises and plays an important role in maintaining national economic stability and ensuring employment. Therefore, to revive the U.S. manufacturing industry should serve as a major strategy for the long-term development of the U.S. economy.
