Countries with developed legislation such as Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States share similarities and differences in the legislative model of environmental criminal law. By comparing and drawing on the advantages of these countries in the legislative model, we can promote the development and progress of our environmental criminal law in the legislative model.
