1案例介绍2016年10月27日,一艘总吨数14.17万吨的大型国际集装箱运输船“马士基埃登轮”(马绍尔群岛籍)由新加坡抵达广东南沙港二期码头。船上人员健康无异常,但货舱、集装箱和甲板发现大量活体蜚蠊。检验检疫人员实施检疫查验后,判定该轮蜚蠊侵害率为100%,存在较大传染病传入和传播风险。为了防止传染病通过口岸传播,检验检疫机构同意其靠泊并对该轮进行整体卫生处理。
