1.将红霉素片放入干净清水中,缓慢摇动。约20分钟后,糖衣层脱去露出肠溶衣,药片不崩解者是红霉素片;反之,糖衣层脱去没有肠溶衣,药片崩解者是假红霉素片。 2.将醋酸泼尼松片放口中尝试,先甜后极苦,且苦味持久为真药;假药则一直苦,或先苦后麻或先微苦后不苦。上述方法我们多次与《中国药典》鉴别法比较,其结果完全相同。此二法简便易行、准确,很适合基层广大乡村医生购药时采用。
