微博的及时性、广泛性、碎片性、裂变性等特征给具有复杂校园生态特点的高职学生带来了极大的影响。高职院校思想政治教育工作要根据“微时代”的新要求,趋利避害,抢抓机遇、加强新媒体的建设和管理,提升学校官方微博的良性引导作用;创新思想政治教育模式,突出其道德育人性;加强学生媒介素养和网络自控力教育,促进主体健康发展,探索出一条符合当前高职院校学生特点的思想政治教育新路径。
The characteristics of timeliness, extensiveness, fragmentation and fission of Weibo have brought tremendous influence to vocational students with complex campus ecology. The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges should be based on the new requirements of “Micro Era”, seek advantages and avoid disadvantages, seize opportunities, strengthen the construction and management of new media, and enhance the healthy guiding role of the official microblogging in schools. Innovate ideological and political Education model, highlighting its moral and human nature; strengthen the education of students’ media literacy and network self-control, and promote the healthy development of the subject, to explore a new path of ideological and political education that is in line with the characteristics of the students in vocational colleges.
