当今,随着科技日新月异的发展,网络技术得以广泛应用,图书馆的管理也因此跨上新台阶。大多数高校借助网络高效便捷的特性一改昔日的管理模式,对图书馆的管理进行变革。然而传统的管理模式与网络结合的步伐并未深远的展开,为了避免过多的弯路,我们需要探索一条网络环境条件下图书馆的管理变革与创新的可行之路。涉及的方面包括改变高校图书馆的组织结构和发展方式,对管理模式的大胆创新,以及为了适应当今网络技术和社会需求的环境而寻求的高校图书馆管理模式。
Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, the network technology has been widely used, and the management of the library has also stepped into a new stage. Most colleges and universities use the efficient and convenient network features to change the old management mode and change the management of the library. However, the combination of traditional management mode and network is not far-reaching. In order to avoid excessive detours, we need to explore a feasible way of library management reform and innovation under the network environment. The areas covered include changing the organizational structure and development style of university libraries, making bold innovations in management models, and the university library management model sought to meet the needs of today’s networked technologies and social needs.
