塔式起重机的小车变幅方式与动臂变幅方式相比,具有变幅范围大、变幅功率小、能实现水平变幅、工作效率高、构件安装就位方便等优点,因此在自升式塔式起重机及整体安装拖运的“快速安装”塔式起重机上得到广泛应用。在相同的塔身高度下,小车变幅塔式起重机的起升高度比动臂变幅的低。为了增加其起升高度,我们曾在QTL-16塔式起重机上把起重小车固定在起重臂端,然后把臂架拉至一定的倾角,进行定点吊装。这种方法虽然在一定程度上弥补了它的不足,但由于定点吊失去了小车臂水平变幅的特点,起重机减少了一个变幅功能,所以一般只能在特殊情况下使用。我
