“IMEI”码即国际移动设备识别码(International Mobile Equipment Identify)。该码由15位数字组成,不仅与每台手机一一对应,而且还是全世界惟一的。它的前6位数为手机的“型号核准号码”,一般代表其机型;接下来的2位数则是这台手机的“最后装配号码”,通常代表产地;紧随其后的6位数是“电子串号”,一般代表生产过程中的顺序;而末尾的一位数为检验码(目前暂时作为备用),通常是“0”。
