以贵广铁路老寨1号大桥为例,介绍上承式移动模架制梁预压方案与线形控制技术,同时对预压试验方法与梁体徐变控制点的布置原则进行阐述。文章通过对移动模架现浇梁(包括预压工艺)施工过程的全面跟踪,并对在移动模架预压工作中每级荷载中的数据以及沉降量的分析,成功地设置移动模架现浇每一片梁的预拱度,确保梁体的反拱在控制范围内,保证梁体线形符合要求,为同类工程施工积累经验。
