中共中央国务院发布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确指出在未来的十年内要“大力发展职业教育”。目前,高职院校的生源结构和质量已发生巨大变化,并呈现多元化,这给学生管理工作带来巨大挑战。本文首先分析了当前高职院校各类生源的结构特点,其次从学校对班主任(或辅导员)工作评价体系的构建等角度出发,指出当前存在的不足。最后,从提高学生管理工作者的积极性、广泛培养学生的兴趣爱好等方面入手,提出诸多创新举措,以期为社会输送更多高素质、复合型人才。
The “Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” promulgated by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council clearly states that it is necessary to “vigorously develop vocational education” in the coming 10 years. At present, the structure and quality of students in higher vocational colleges have undergone tremendous changes and diversified, which brings great challenges to student management. This article first analyzes the structural characteristics of all kinds of students in higher vocational colleges at present, and then points out the shortcomings existing from the point of view of school evaluation of the class teacher (or counselor). Finally, from the aspects of improving the enthusiasm of student management staff and cultivating students’ hobbies and interests, many innovative measures are put forward in order to transport more high-quality and complex talents for the society.
