通过对汽车零部件卡箍的冲压工艺分析,确定了包含7个弯曲工位和1个翻边工位的21工位排样方案(其中制件头部需要4次弯曲成形)。介绍了汽车零部件卡箍的级进模总体结构及主要零部件的结构设计,依次展示了头部第2、3和4次弯曲成形,利用制件R角部位局部压薄的工艺克服了制件弯曲回弹的难题。分析结果表明,采用20°斜排单侧载体的排样方式,可以极大提高材料利用率。试冲结果表明,采用21个工位的级进模结构是合理的,可以确保制件头部多处R角弯曲成形的稳定性,满足制件大批量生产的需要。 Through the stamping process analysis of the automotive parts clamps, a 21-station layout scheme with 7 bending stations and 1 turning station was established, in which the head of the workpiece needed 4 times of bending forming. The overall structure of the progressive die of automotive components and the structural design of the main components were introduced. The second, third and fourth bending of the head were demonstrated in turn. The process of local thinning of the corner of the workpiece was overcome. Curved rebound problem. The analysis results show that the use of 20 ° inclined row of single side of the carrier arrangement, can greatly improve the material utilization. The test results show that the progressive die structure with 21 stations is reasonable and can ensure the stability of R angle bend forming at the head of the workpiece to meet the needs of mass production of the workpiece.
