目的分析乌鲁木齐地区124例布鲁菌病患者肝功能及感染相关指标的变化,为临床诊治提供依据。方法选取2012年10月至2015年8月124例布鲁菌病患者为病例组,100例同期健康体检者为对照组。分别检测两组研究对象血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ谷氨酰胺转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、超敏C-反应蛋白(sCRP)和降钙素原(PCT)以及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平。结果病例组患者肝脏功能指标:ALT、AST、GGT和ALP水平分别为(94.6±48.0)U/L、(72.9±31.1)U/L、(108.2±53.0)U/L和(131.2±56.3)U/L,显著高于对照组的(31.1±21.4)U/L、(26.5±9.41)U/L、(35.2±30.5)U/L和(61.9±24.9)U/L,差异均具有统计学意义(t=13.2、11.0、12.9、12.3,P均<0.001);病例组患者感染相关指标sCRP、PCT、IL-6水平分别为(59.8±23.7)mg/L、(10.9±3.77)ng/ml和(16.2±12.8)pg/ml,显著高于对照组的(3.07±1.20)mg/L、(0.37±0.17)ng/ml和(4.58±1.97)pg/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(t=28.1、31.0、9.96,P均<0.001)。结论布鲁菌病患者部分肝功能指标升高提示患者肝功能受损,该疾病患者有明显的非特异性炎症相关指标的升高。
Objective To analyze the changes of liver function and infection related indexes in 124 cases of brucellosis in Urumqi region and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 124 cases of brucellosis from October 2012 to August 2015 were selected as the case group and 100 cases of healthy people as the control group. The levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), total bilirubin TBil, DBil, TP, ALB, CRP and PCT, and interleukin-6 (IL- 6) level. Results The liver function indexes of patients in the case group were (94.6 ± 48.0) U / L, (72.9 ± 31.1) U / L, (108.2 ± 53.0) U / L and (131.2 ± 56.3) (31.1 ± 21.4) U / L, (26.5 ± 9.41) U / L, (35.2 ± 30.5) U / L and (61.9 ± 24.9) U / L in the control group, all of which were statistically significant (T = 13.2,11.0,12.9,12.3, P <0.001). The levels of sCRP, PCT and IL-6 in the patients in the case group were (59.8 ± 23.7) mg / L and (10.9 ± 3.77) ng ml, and (16.2 ± 12.8) pg / ml, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (3.07 ± 1.20) mg / L, (0.37 ± 0.17) ng / ml and (4.58 ± 1.97) pg / Significance (t = 28.1, 31.0, 9.96, P <0.001). Conclusion Some patients with brucellosis elevated liver function indicators suggest that patients with impaired liver function, the disease patients with significant non-specific inflammation-related indicators increased.
